On a bright and absolutely stunning end of April Saturday, the small Pagan community of the Lowveld met up to break bread and share thoughts about the Universe. It is an annual get together that I always look forward to and instead of going into Kaapsehoop village, we took the road through the plantation and ended up at the Kaapsehoop Horse Trails and the cosy Kay’s Cafe. We dined on delicious things and made new friends. The whole day was spent around a table talking about life after death, the meaning of our existence…and ghosts, my favourite topic! As the afternoon crept closer, I took a walk outside to get some air and to appreciate the scenery, and standing close by was this horse. The light was just perfect and as I snapped my shutter, the horse shook itself and gave me an image I now have hanging as an A4 on my wall.

This photo is the perfect addition to a bedroom or living room, and it is a bit smaller than my other wall art, because it had to be slightly cropped.
